Pantai Morib & Pantai Bagan Lalang in Selangor
Last saturday, 17 Apr 2008, we felt so hot as the weather is dry and hot in KL. What to do?! Go shopping?! Go cinema?! Can go for something else, we just thinking in our mind, haha. Ya, let’s see the Selangor Tourist Guide, see which is the nearest beach (locally called “Pantai“).
“Pantai Morib“, we found the place, let’s go! Pantai Morib is located near Banting, just about 15 minutes drive from Banting Town.

Going to Pantai Morib, near Banting
We took KESAS Highway from Puchong and drive around 1 hour 15 minutes to reach Pantai Morib. We were expected can hear some wave sound and feel the beach breeze there.
Oh that is it! Pantai Morib there seem crowded with many people.
When walking near and wanna see how Pantai Morib looks like. Oh My God! This is not the beach, it’s actually a bay, no beach there. We both felt so disappointed and just looked at each other and sighed.
Okay, i think is time to leave. Before that, Li Ping wanna have a snapshot with my “war” car ( 战车), haha. Why called it “war car, this is because we always travel from here to there and there to another there with this car.
Before we leaved, we thought why not go for another beach that situated 37 km ahead from Pantai Morib – “Pantai Bagan Lalang“. Because just feel so empty and nothing gained seem coming so far already.
Okay, let’s go!

Pantai Bagan Lalang, we are coming!

On the way to Pantai Bagan Lalang
After passing by Batu Baru and Tanjung Sepat town, we took a right turn at the junction where the signboard “Bagan Lalang” (arrow turn right) appeared.
Finally we reached Pantai Bagan Lalang at 6.45pm. Yeah! Still can see sunset here, haha.
We felt satisfied and happy as this beach is better than Pantai Morib, at least got beach and wave. Mission Accomplished!
Let’s go have our dinner on our way back!
Just 5 minutes before Pantai Morib, there is a restaurant called “Golden Sea Restaurant”, sound nice then we just turned into it.
We have ordered 3 dishes – “Butter Prawn”, “Taufu Soup” and vegetables. It costed us RM 37.00, quite cheap actually as the praws were all so big.

Golden Sea Restaurant – Vegetable

Golden Sea Restaurant – Butter Prawn

Golden Sea Restaurant – Taufu Soup
Let’s go home… so tired.

The sand at Pantai Bagan Lalang is not soft and is okay for day trip. If wanna stay, i would recommend to go Port Dickson or beaches at East Coast. wish u have a nice journey!
