The Stadhuys is one of Malacca’s most recognizable landmarks, and we spent a lot of our time taking photos there. Haha, you can see many local and foreign tourists.

Stadhuys ?!
It was the Dutch administrative centre with a clock tower, the building is painted in bright red. It was was built in 1650.

After that, we also visit Malacca Art Gallery which located beside Christ Church. Inside the gallery, you will amazed by a lot of paintings.

Jonker Street ?!
a living proof of Malacca’s rich baba-nyonya heritage, where you can find a lot of delicious food, artwork and antique shops here.

St. Francis Xavier’s Church ?!
It was built in 1849 by a frenchman, Reverend Farve. This church was dedicated to St. Francis Xavier, well-remembered for his missionary work spreading Catholicism to South East Asia in the 16th century.

On top of St. Paul’s Hill is the St. Paul’s Church, we have walk up the hill which take around 10 minutes.

Once the prayer house of the Portuguese Catholics, then turned into burial ground for their noble dead by the Dutch.

Important thing if you visit Melaka next time, you should pay a visit to Malacca Tourism Centre where you can find a lot of useful information and maps.

Portuguese Square ?!
Known to be ‘Mini Lisbon’ in Malacca. It is located within Portuguese Settlement and you will find authentic restaurant and delicious food here.

After we arrived at Portuguese Settlement, we found a restaurant, “Restaurant De Lisbon”. Without any delay, we ordered some Portuguese style cuisines as we felt so hungry.
