Cameron Highlands Trip (Cactus Valley, Strawberry Farm, Sungai Palas, Brinchang Pasar, Steamboat) Part 2
- Cameron Highlands Trip Day 1
- Cameron Highlands Trip Day 2
Sungai Palas Visitor Centre
This was our 3rd destination in the daily tour – “Sungai Palas Visitor Centre“, where we visited the tea factory and enjoyed the real taste of tea in the tea house. Meanwhile, we could see the view of tea plantation from the visitor cafe on top of the hill. So good the feel, wow!
Actually the factory is like a museum, you could not really see the workers there packing and processing the tea, you could only see the tea processing steps (got signboard explaining every single step), as well as, the machines and factory simulated environment.
After that, we headed to another unique gallery situated next to the factory, some tea shops where you could buy tea and other tea related products. And we took many snapshots there as we felt excited because this gang of friends have been not seen each other for ages after our graduation in UTM.
We enjoyed our tea time there, haha. Just relaxed and chit-chat with my friends. Yeah!
After tea time, we just went out the gallery and took a deep breath and enjoyed the scenery here. We took many photos together with different poses.

Brinchang Pasar Malam
After going to the Sungai Palas tea plantation, we reached the pasar malam near our apartment (walking distance 15 minutes, not near actually, haha) – “Brinchang Pasar Malam“. Here we could see a lot of local vegetables and fruits, strawberry-made products, sourvenir and others.

Steamboat at Night
I usually hear my friends coming to Cameron Highlands must have steamboat at night, is it?! Haha… we were having one on this Saturday night. The steamboat shop is situated opposite to the Pasar Malam in Brinchang – “Restoran Kwan Kee” (坤记鸳鸯生锅海鲜饭店).

Louis (standing), will be in England this September
Although this was a short trip, but it was a significant and special trip as this was a farewell trip for our beloved guy – “Louis”. Haha. Hope all the best for him and everyone, cheers! Looking forward to our next trip.
