There are 3 simple steps i always use to manage my to-do task list and it just worked. The brain is the most complicated part of the human body, and mind is far powerful than we thought if we have the persistent mindset and positive thinking.

Every day we have a lot of tasks and to-do that we need to set different priority and sequence of doing them. Benjamin Franklin once said, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail”.
Usually at the end of the day, before you sleep, you can sit down and think about what have you done for that day, review and rethink. And you can list down what you need to do for the next day in point form list. You can use mobile apps such as Any.Do or Trello.
So once you wake up early tomorrow, you will have everything in place and mindset have tuned to the perfect state i called “Ready Mind” where you are ready in mind and body at the beginning of the day!
As an entrepreneur, you will have a lot ideas and things keep popping into your head. Always staying focused can be tough with distraction from employees, clients, emails, and phone calls demanding your attention.

You need to set your clear objective before focus. Because if you just say “I’m going to focus”, actually you have nothing to focus on. But if you say “I’m going to focus on discussion with Tom about new product idea”, you will mostly get yourself commit and focus.
Small steps is important to achieve your final goal. So instead of saying to yourself, i am going to discuss with Tom, do list down all small steps or ideas before you start.

Everyone will lose focus in a certain period of time, sometimes will be 30 minutes or 30 seconds. But the key to success to focus your mind is “Refocusing”. Our mind can be trained just liked we train our muscle in gym or exercise.
Practice made perfect, so once you set your single objective, list down all the smalls steps you need to do, follow them and prepare your mind to focus one thing at a time.
