2nd : Select “Recycling” on the  Nokia Kiosk screen.

3rd : Slot in your MyKad or you can choose to  input your personal details.

4th : Collect the printed barcode sticker and apply it onto your nokia phone or accessories.

5th : Place your item with barcode sticker into the Recycling slot.

6th : Collect the receipt as reference, cheers!

REPAIR IT

If your Nokia phone is defective, don’t throw it away just yet. You can also drop off your phone for repair at our Nokia Kiosks and we’ll fix it up for you. It’s fast and hassle-free.

You can choose to collect your phone or have it delivered to you when fixed.

NEWtrees Campaign

NEWtrees, a joint-venture between WWF, Nokia and Equinox Publishing, aims to replant trees in the Sebangau National Forest in Central Kalimantan. There are 4 steps for this.

1st : First of all, you need to install Google Earth. http://earth.google.com/intl/en/

2nd :  Save this file at this url -  http://www.nokia.com.my/NOKIA_MALAYSIA_89/Home/Nokia_care_kiosk/NokiaGEmarkL.zip

3rd :  Double-click the file you have saved to launch Google Earth.

4th : In Google Earth, expand the NokiaTakeBack folder, and rename a tree to claim it.
