During Terry’s birthday, me, my sister and my brother brought him to a western food restaurant in Taman OUG. Star Village Restaurant is a restaurant located in 75, Hujan Rahmat 3, Taman OUG, 58200 Kuala Lumpur. The business hour for this restaurant is 10:30am-3:00pm and 5:00pm - 1:00am.

We went to Pasar Malam during thursday night and we found out this restaurant so we decided to have a try in this restaurant.

[Notes: Pasar malam is a Malay word that means night market. A pasar malam is a market that opens in the evening near the housing areas. It consists of stalls usually sell goods such as fruit, vegetables, snacks, toys, clothes, movie discs. Pasar malam often open one day per week in a same location and rotate around to different housing areas on different day of the week.]

The restaurant had air-conditioning area and the outdoor area. We decided to take a place in the air-conditioning area because there were singers singing inside the restaurant.

Me and Terry felt a bit full so we just order “Star Fruit” and “Honey Golden Lemon Plum”. However, my brother had ordered “Grill Cheese Chicken” and my sister ordered the “Promotion Set II” which included fish and chips chop, flower tea and also ais cream.

Before the food came, they gave us some game to play which we really could not solve any! Our IQ was just so… Haha!

The environment in the restaurant is quite romantic and the food there also very nice with the reasonable price. Besides, waiters there serves us with smiling face and they just took a very short time to serve the food and drink to us. I tried the lamp chop in this restaurant last time which my favourite is “Honey Lamp”.

2nd - Slight left at Jalan Klang Lama

6th - Turn right to stay on Jalan Awan Besar
7th - Turn left at Jalan 16
